About the Artist

I’m a proud Westbank girl from Harvey, Louisiana—(yes, the Bestbank)—where my love for art first sparked in the halls of Archbishop Blenk High School. That spark grew into a lifelong passion, leading me to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Southeastern Louisiana University. While I’ve dabbled in canvas and design work (including years in graphic arts and publishing), my heart found its home behind the glass—literally. I specialize in reverse glass painting, creating vibrant, layered works on the back side of salvaged New Orleans windows, shutters, and old screen doors. Each piece is a reflection of how my brain works: a little differently. As someone with dyslexia, traditional paths weren’t always easy—but art gave me a space to let my creativity flow naturally, without boundaries or rules. I see potential in forgotten materials, and through layers of paint, I give them a second story. Today, I work full-time as an art director while continuing to build my collection of one-of-a-kind pieces—rooted in the culture, resilience, and rich soul of New Orleans.
